What is it?

Climate Action Week: Libraries and Communities Acting Together is a chance for libraries to showcase, talk about and encourage environmentalism.

Environment and Climate Change Canada  - Government of Canada’s department responsible for coordinating environmental policies and programs, as well as preserving and enhancing the natural environment and renewable resources.

United Nations Climate Change - The UNFCCC secretariat (UN Climate Change) is the United Nations entity tasked with supporting the global response to the threat of climate change.

Fridays For Future - or FFF, is a youth-led and -organized global climate strike movement that started in August 2018, when 15-year-old Greta Thunberg began a school strike for climate.  Along with other groups across the world, Fridays for Future is part of a hopeful new wave of change, inspiring millions of people to act on the climate crisis, and we want you to become one of us!
