Membership is free to all residents living permanently or owning property in the Library’s service area.
To apply for your FREE library card, please bring personal identification and proof of address to any branch of the Okanagan Regional Library when we re-open or register for a card online.

Identification to bring when applying for your card
When applying for a membership or upgrading your eCard, adult residents must present either a valid BC Driver’s license or BC Identification Card (BC ID), with a current address.
If you have neither of these then you must present 2 pieces of ID, one of which needs to have your current address.
