The vinyl cutter can be used to cut out vinyl designs that can be used for wall murals or for iron-on vinyl transfer designs that you have created to for a T-Shirt. These vinyl designs can be created using the Cricut Maker stations at our ORL Makerspaces locations.
Available at Downtown Kelowna Library Branch.
The Vinyl Cutter is available for all ORL card holders to use but before you can reserve and use this tool independent, you must first complete our online certification course for the Cricut Maker.
You will be asked to create a Niche Academy account (requires email address) to view the full course.
To learn more about the Vinyl Cutter, watch our video tutorial.
You must agree and adhere to ORL’s Makerspace Guidelines.

The computer used to operate the Vinyl Cutter does not retain files and all items will be erased at the end of the day. Please save your work to your personal storage device or to your personal on-line storage.
