We may not be able to offer meeting room bookings at all branches. Please contact your nearest library location directly to see if they can set up a meeting room booking that is in line with the library branch's COVID-19 safety guidelines. Thank you for your understanding.
Meeting rooms are available for public use in some library branches. Not all library facilities have separate meeting rooms. Please check with your local library branch to see whether a library meeting room can be booked in your community.
Where meeting rooms are available, their use is governed by Library Board policy. Key points of the policy are listed below.
Public use of Library meeting rooms is intended for gatherings of a civic, cultural or educational nature. Use of a meeting room does not imply the Library's endorsement of the beliefs of the group using the room.
The entire Meeting Rooms policy can be viewed online by consulting the Okanagan Regional Library Board Policy and Regulations.
