Fire Safety Story Time

The Okanagan Regional Library is proud to announce its next program in the Community Readers series, Fire Safety Story Time, presented by the Kelowna Fire Department. Join us for a fun and educational experience that combines storytelling, music, and essential fire safety information for children.

On February 11th at 11 am, drop-in to the library for a special event where kids can learn about fire safety in a fun and interactive way. Our local firefighters will lead Story Time, sharing stories and songs that teach important fire safety lessons. After the event, children are invited to show their appreciation for our firefighters by creating a special thank-you note or craft to drop into the Library Mailbox.

"We are thrilled to partner with the Kelowna Fire Department to bring this exciting event to our community," said Saundra Bernier, Librarian. "Fire Safety Story Time is a great opportunity for children to learn about fire safety in a fun and engaging way, and we are proud to support our local firefighters."

The Okanagan Regional Library's Community Readers series provides various educational and entertaining programs for families and children in the community. This event is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
