The ORL has increased our capacity to service eligible community members for selection service and assistance in accessing Centre for Equitable Library Access (CELA) and National Network of Equitable Library Service (NNELS).
CELA and NNELS are online services, accessed for free through the ORL, that people can use to get free audiobooks and listen to them on iPads, tablets, and smartphones. CELA also offers access to magazines and newspapers. Mail service, which sends audio CDs (DAISY discs) to patrons (played on CD players, DAISY players, or any other device that can play the MP3 format), is also available from CELA.
