All ORL Branches are closed on statutory holidays
The Silver Creek branch is located on Salmon River Road in front of Silver Creek Elementary school. The library adjoins the original schoolhouse built in 1911.
When the library is closed, there is a book drop bin at the front of the building. It is always open.

Music that hits the spot! Bring your kids into the Silver Creek library so they can try out different instruments and play music with their friends and peers. Drums, keyboard, guitar, maracas, xylophone, tambourine and more. Drop in.
Tuesday July 2 - Saturday August 24
Visit the library each week and search for Pokémon characters and more. See who or what is hidden around the library for you to discover. Complete the entire scavenger hunt over the summer and you will receive a small prize.
Each week, you have the opportunity to either: Choose Who Would Win, Answer a Trivia Question, Pick a Would You Rather, or Solve a Riddle. Each answer earns you an extra ticket to enter the draw for a Summer Reading Club prize. Fun, quick and easy activities.
Tuesday, July 16 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
The Bug Guy's presentation is a fun, safe and interactive way for animal lovers to get up close and personal with exotic animals from around the world. Join Stuart and his cast of exotic and colorful friends for unforgettable stories and facts about Lumin the Boa, Jub-Jub the Iguana and more. Registration is required for this program.

Stop in at the Silver Creek library and pick up your Summer Bingo Activity Tracker. COMPLETE BINGO SHEET BY AUGUST 31, 2024, AND RETURN TO THE SILVER CREEK LIBRARY FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A STEPHEN KING BOOK AND STARBUCKS GIFT CARD.
