Computer, Internet, & Printing Access

All ORL branches offer free access to internet-enabled computers with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).

– Computer access: Available on a first-come, first-served basis.
– Library cardholders: One hour of access per day.
– Visitors: Welcome to request a guest pass at the Info Desk.
– Wi-Fi: Free at all branches—no library card required.
– Printing: 25¢ per page from library computers.

Internet Use and Policy Highlights

The ORL provides internet access through public computers and Wi-Fi. Use is subject to the Library’s
Internet Access Policy.

Key guidelines:
– Use your own library card and PIN to log in (do not use another person’s account).
– Guests may request a temporary internet-only login.
– Access is limited to one hour per day to ensure fair use.
– Public computers are located in shared spaces—please be respectful of others.
– Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s internet use.
– The library does not use internet filters.
– Illegal activity and content violations (e.g., hate speech, obscenity, copyright infringement) are prohibited.
– Staff may revoke access if use is disruptive or violates policy.

content and cannot guarantee the accuracy, safety, or privacy of any online activity or transaction.
