Many ORL branches offer free access to internet-enabled computers with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Library cardholders receive one hour of access per day

Visitors can request a guest pass at the Info Desk

Wi-Fi is free at all branches—no library card needed

Printing is available from library computers at 25¢ per page
Internet Use and Policy Guidelines
Internet access is available through public computers and Wi-Fi at all ORL branches. Use is subject to the ORL’s Internet Access Policy.
Key guidelines:

Log in with your library card number and PIN

Guests may request a temporary internet-only login

Computer access is limited to one hour per day to ensure fair use

Public computers are located in shared spaces—please be respectful

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their child’s internet use

The library does not use internet filters

Illegal or inappropriate content (e.g., hate speech, obscenity, copyright violations) is not permitted

Staff may revoke access if behaviour is disruptive or violates policy
