Meeting Room Rentals

Meeting rooms are available for public use at select ORL branches. They are ideal for civic, cultural, or educational gatherings. Commercial and for-profit activities are not permitted.

Booking Priorities

  • Library-sponsored programs are given first priority.
  • All groups must clearly identify themselves in any promotional materials.
  • Booking applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Use Guidelines

  • Rooms are available only during branch open hours.
  • Meeting rooms are typically booked at least 24 hours in advance. Our busier branches are often booked weeks in advance. Please reserve early to ensure availability.
  • A user fee may apply. Please contact your local branch for details.

Responsibilities

  • Groups are responsible for setup, cleanup, and any damages.
  • Storage for belongings and equipment is not provided.
  • Some branches offer audio-visual equipment such as projectors or screens. Please speak to your local branch about availability.

How to Apply

Applications are available at your local branch. One member of your group will need to complete and sign the Meeting Room Application Form.
