Monster Readers Wanted!
Do you have a little book monster at home? Someone who loves to sink their teeth into a good story? This November, visit your local ORL branch to pick up a limited-edition Monster Reader Card for your young reader. It is a monstrously fun way to celebrate reading together!
Each branch is also hosting a Monster Reader Scavenger Hunt where kids can explore the library, uncover clues, and earn a small prize when they finish their hunt. It’s a playful introduction to their library that invites kids to explore, solve clues, and uncover new favourite books
Once your family has your new card, explore all the amazing things waiting for kids at the ORL. From Story Time and STEAM programs to the Library of Things for Kids and hands on discovery in our Makerspaces, there’s always something new to explore.
We are also sharing three brand new radio ads from our Monster Reader campaign. Every spot adds a little monstrous mischief to the airwaves, and all three are ready for you to enjoy below.
