Starting June 23, your local branch will have everything you need to begin your reading adventure — Challenge Trackers, stickers, and more! Plus, stop by throughout the summer for fun programs, activities, and SRC events.
And get ready to say abracadabra! — because the ever-popular magician Leif David will return to perform in ORL branches all summer long. Leif’s “Colour Your Summer” SRC Magic Show is packed with comedy, colour-changing tricks, audience participation, and surprises that will leave you spellbound. Leif has been wowing ORL audiences for over 25 years, and we’re thrilled to welcome him back again.
“Leif’s shows are always interactive and action-packed,” says Ashly Machum, the ORL’s Head of Youth Services. “He sparks curiosity, inspires future magicians, and there’s always a rush to sign out magic books after his visits!”
