Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, the Okanagan Regional Library is unable to ship Interlibrary Loan (ILL) materials and is temporarily suspending ILL requests.
Current ILL requests already in our system will be paused until Canada Post service resumes. There is no need to resubmit your request once service returns.
While Interlibrary Loans are paused, you can still explore thousands of titles instantly through the ORL’s Digital Collection. With Libby, you can borrow ebooks and e-audiobooks anytime—no shipping required.
We know how valuable ILL is to many of our patrons, and we will restore the service as soon as the Canada Post disruption ends.
