Rooms are ideal for civic, cultural, or educational gatherings. Please note that commercial and for-profit activities are not permitted.

Booking Priorities
- Library-sponsored programs are given first priority.
- All groups must clearly identify themselves in any promotional materials.
- Booking applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Use Guidelines
- Rooms are generally available only during branch open hours.
- Meeting rooms are typically booked at least 24 hours in advance. Busy branches may be booked weeks ahead—please reserve early!
- A user fee may apply depending on the room type.
Responsibilities
- Groups are responsible for their own setup, cleanup, and any damages.
- Storage for belongings or equipment is not provided.
- Some branches may offer equipment like projectors or screens. Please check with your local branch about availability.
