Lake Country Library welcomes seed donations to add to our seed library.
Please include the species (i.e. squash) and the variety (i.e. acorn) as well as
any planting instructions required and the year!

Lake Country Seed Library is a FREE program to promote food security in our community. We ask that any surplus food that you grow be shared with others who may be facing food insecurity.
Simply register and you may check-out (have) up to 7 packages of seeds per household, per year.
We have seed envelopes we can provide you with, to keep the program sustainable.

For students, we can provide an introduction to the library or tailor the visit around a project or assignment.
For adult groups, we can provide a tour of the library and ORL's many resources!

Public use of the Group Study Room is intended for use by group gatherings of two or more people for educational, cultural or civic purposes.
Library events and programs will take precedence.
The room accommodates approximately 10 people and is available for booking on a first-come-first-served basis one month in advance.
